When I was in graduate school, we had a small White anti-racist learning space, which we then called an "affinity space."  These are more often called "caucus" spaces or "White anti-racist learning spaces" today. This article (link below) describes what we learned about the value of such a group for helping individuals to go beyond the "book club" space and to begin to hold themselves accountable to their anti-racist values and intentions.
